Fitness/Strength and Conditioning 

Our fitness classes are here to help assist you in your everyday overall health. Hit every part of the body and then some. We incorporate weightlifting in many of our workouts to help you push yourself in ways that make you feel great! If you are looking to get more of a cardiovascular workout, then our strength and conditioning class is here for you!

Morning Fitness Classes (Ages 10 & up)

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, at 6:00am-7:00am

Evening Fitness Classes (Ages 10 & up)

Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 

5:00pm-6:00pm

Evening Strength and conditioning Classes (Ages 10 & up)

Monday & Wednesday

5:30pm-6:30pm
